1.  What is the age requirement to attend Treehouse Preschool?

 

Little Angels Class:  The child must be 2 years old to start in the Little Angels.  The child does not need to be toilet trained.

 

Preschool Class:  The child must be 3 years old by September 1st to be in the Preschool class. The child must be fully toilet trained. 

 

Pre-Kindergarten Class:  The child must be 4 years old by September 1st to be in the PK Class. The child must be fully toilet trained.

 

 Transitional Kindergarten:  The child must be 5 by March to be in the TK class. This class is designed for the students who missed the cut off date by a few months for the Kindergarten entrance. The child must be fully toilet train

2.  Do you have to be a Christian to be enrolled at Treehouse?

Treehouse welcomes families from all faiths and backgrounds.  Treehouse is a ministry of the First Covenant Church.  Christian values are instilled in our students.

 

3.  When does the school accept application for enrollment for new students?

Enrollment for new students begins in the month of January. However, we do accept new students throughout the school year.

Parents are encouraged to call or email the school to set up an appointment for a tour.  Parents must bring prospective students to the tour so that the Director can meet the student to make sure the student will thrive at Treehouse.

 

4.  My child is very advanced.  Can my child go to the next level?  

Though your child may be a genius, he/she will be assigned to the age appropriate class.

 

5.  My child is very advanced.  Can my child be promoted to the next class in January?

Although we recognize that your child is gifted, your child will remain in the class assigned through the Summer.  Your child will be promoted to the next class in September along with the rest of the friends.

 

6.  What are the school hours?

School opens at 7:30 am and closes at 6:00 p.m.

 

 7.  How much is the non-refundable registration fee per child?

 The non-refundable registration fee per child is $100.

 

8.   Is lunch provided?

 No, lunch is not provided.

 

9.  What about snacks?

Morning and afternoon snacks are provided.

 

10. Is there a early drop-off / late fee policy?

Yes. Our school opens at 7:30am. Thus, early drop-offs are on a emergency basis and avaliable for the 9am-4pm schedule.

For the 9am-4pm schedule, early drop-off and late pick up fees are $15 per hour starting before 8:55am and after 4:05pm.

For the 7:30am-6pm schedule, there is a $1 per minute charge after 6:00 p.m.

 

*On both schedules, we charge for the full hour, even if you are early or late by 10-15 minutes.

**We ask that you email or call us ahead of time if you are dropping off early or picking up late past your registered schedule time.
